ReStory Mail tab does not indicate new email: Issue Record

The official list says the mail-tab button may fail to indicate a new email. It establishes an unreliable notification cue, not a missing-email or mail-delivery defect, and the announcement supplies no condition or permanent workaround.

Recommended player action

Open the mail tab manually when workflow progress depends on a message, and record whether an email was present without an indicator; do not delete or recreate a save based on this notice alone.

Before reporting the problem

Confirm the issue on your current build before treating an older player report as a working fix. Include the platform, version, device, reproduction steps, and save impact in a new report.
